OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO

The official music video for the track "Fly Under" by Martha Wainwright & Carla Patullo: a haunting, hopeful meditation on memory, healing, and the loving presence of those we’ve lost. Created by Trick Studio & The Soundry.

ABOUT NOMADICA

In her new album NOMADICA, Carla revisits the sudden loss of her mother in a car accident years ago, imagining the tender conversations they never got to have. Carla searches for inner peace and love in a world shaped by absence, ultimately finding acceptance in the echoes of the past.

NOMADICA is a reflection of that healing process, expressing the emotions that remain after everything has changed. These compositions became a therapeutic realm between music and memory where I travel to connect with my mom, heal old wounds, and experience the conversations we never had,” says Patullo. Sounds of trains, water, and wind weave through the album’s landscape, while isochronic tones gently guide the listener into a meditative, transportive state of mind. The hope is to travel with the music and to arrive in a new place with a new sense of well-being, feeling renewed in faith that our loved ones are still with us, as we “fly under” their guidance.
